SLINGSHOT WIZARD
Floaty enough to uphaul but compact enough to fit in a station wagon, the Wizard is the future of windsurf foil boards. If you’re beyond the learning curve and ready to feel just how free foiling lets you be, this nimble little nugget is your magic carpet. Once you’ve mastered the basics of windsurf foiling, a shorter, more agile board is the natural evolution. All you need is enough volume to uphaul and pump to a plane. From there, the shorter the board, the more nimble and free it feels on the water (not to mention the easier it is to store and transport). With a more compact platform and less swing weight, the Wizard allows you to progress through tacking, jibing, tricks and jumping in ways you wouldn’t be able to with a larger, heavier board.

Welche technischen Features finde ich am und im WIZARD?
Alle 2020 Slingshot Foilboards sind im Vergleich zu Ihren Vorgängern deutlich leichter und reaktiver geworden.

1 | REINFORCED TUTTLE BOX
Built tough to take all the force a foil can leverage. All the boxes are set into PVC block which is tied into the double T-Stringses providing I-Beam strength.

2 | TAIL & RAIL CUTOUTS
Allow for early planing release when you are trying to break free of the water and onto the foil.

3 | FULL DECKPAD
Our Cushy EVA foam deckpad covers the whole tail of the board so no matter where your Hula dance takes you, your feet will be feeling fine!

4 | 4 STRAP OPTIONS
4 outboard strap options for insane reaching ability. Strap it up to suit your style.

5 | BIAX CARBON LAYUP
We start with an ultra light EPS foam core wrapped with higher density PVC foam. A PVC Carbon stringer runs down the middle of the boards, combined with glass wrapped T-Stringer to either side providing I-beam strength. Covered top and bottom with Biax Carbon.
